by commissioning me, you are accepting my terms of service.

G E N E R A L- I reserve the right to refuse any commission.- I reserve the right to post your commission on my social media accounts.
(If you want to be anonymous, please let me know!)- I will not tolerate toxic, aggressive behavior.
If I feel you are being rude or disrespectful, I will cancel the commission.- I will NOT draw hateful art, of any kind. Period.- Do NOT try to haggle with me on prices. I price my work fairly considering my skill, time, and effort I put into the things I create.P A Y M E N T-I accept payment through PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp!-Payment can be sent at any time, however I will NOT send the finished file until after I have received the full payment.-Again, do NOT haggle with me on prices. Continued haggling after I have set the price will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.P R O C E S S- Unless otherwise specified, I will send updates after I’ve finished Sketching, Lining, and Flats- If I need or would like your input on something, I might send a WIP between stages.- Once I begin flats, any major changes/additions, etc. will cost you extra! This could include expression changes, a body part being changed, posing, or adding extra clothes.- Please be sure to look over the sketch and lineart CAREFULLY.- If I've made any mistakes on the flats, PLEASE let me know, and I can fix those free of charge! However, once I begin shading, I will not go back to correct them.- Turnaround time can range anywhere between 1-14 days^^ This depends on the complexity, my overall health, and where you are in the queue. ^^U S A G E . Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.-The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.-If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.-Removing any watermarks/signatures.-Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.-A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
You will be able to use it in books, covers, as props, as well as change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.R E F U N D . P O L I C Y(Copied from Yamio on DeviantART)-I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.-You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.-If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.-If you file a charge-back against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.You will be forbidden to ever commission me, 17-poprocks, ever again.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

No. Due to the nature of AI generation, I do not feel comfortable with accepting commissions where you have me use such as a reference. Please consider commissioning real people to create a ref/character you will want drawn in the future.Do you accept payment plans?

hiii i am alex, but y'all are free to call me odie or poprocks! i am a trans dude who likes to draw.
i'm primarily a furry artist, but i dabble in drawing humans from time to time :) i like to think my strong points are shading and character design, but that's just because i enjoy those things the most in drawing :D that's probably why most of my descriptions will say something about having fun with shading the piece or the design of the character i drew...aside from the art stuff tho, i like playing video games (and occasionally streaming them)- some of my current favorite games are wizard101 and beatsaber, but i tend to cycle between fixations on stardew valley, portal 2, and undertale, as well as various browser games like neopets. i would say fnaf but i have a collective 35 hours across 6 games. i do love a good binge of markiplier's playthrough and thinking about the lore tho :>other stuff i tend to enjoy:-anime and cartoons
(right now i am big into bungo stray dogs, but i love mlp:fim, and she-ra and the princesses of power; my hero academia still has a special place in my heart but definitely took a back burner for the time being),-music
